Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael Marin County

Everything went well. I do not have one complaint. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was a nice size, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a nice view of the mountains. The bathroom was clean, we had plenty of towels, the water pressure was nice with two options for either a jet spray or regular. The bathroom was also a nice size and had the usual toiletries available. There was plenty of parking. The lobby and other areas of the hotel were clean.

Traveling to meet with various business clients in the Mill Valley, San Rafael and Oakland area. Location perfect with ~30 minutes drives time of less. Hotel facilities excellent for hosting client meetings (informal) in bar and restaurant. Traveling with my doggie, Kimmy, and found the facility to her liking with ample space to walk about the hotel grounds. Highly recommend and Kimmy gives two paws!!!

The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could ask for including smoked salmon with bagels and steaming hot pans of oatmeal and cream of wheat, not to mention the eggs and french toast and the made to order omeletes. We were able to sit outside by the pool to eat dinner and and have drinks. The service was attentive. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning which you don't often see. Our room was clean but a bit dark. I asked for extra towels and they brought them immediately.

Contemporary design including color choices and it appears to be a newer hotel. Hot buffet breakfast was unexpected and outstanding. The breakfast staff were available and interested that I enjoyed the meal. The hotel is away from any traffic noise and is perched on a hill giving it a gracious feel. The breakfast coffee was excellent and the table arrangement was tidy and clean. The common areas were spacious. Bar and restaurant had a simple and coordinated layout.
